The Suns teams train at Balgowlah Oval, Balgowlah. Generally, Training is Tuesday to Friday nights.

Some Coaches also undertake pre-season and training at our beautiful beaches, parks, and sponsors gym (Code 5)

JAFL play on Sunday (anytime) with some games schedule under lights on Friday nights.
